March 2011: Wonderful news: Habitat for Humanity is building a home in Sturbridge. This will be a 1200 square foot house on Fairview Park Road. Groundbreaking is scheduled for April 9.
August 2010: A preliminary subdivision plan has been submitted for Long Pond Estate, to be located at Route 20 and Camp Road. This would be a 26-lot subdivision. Public hearing scheduled for 8/24/10 at 7:30 pm.
